Scanner Setup & Usage Troubleshooting

Steps to take for all repairs:

  1. Check the troubleshooting or commonly asked questions page for any fixes.
  2. Check with Plustek technical support by calling to ensure that the scanner is damaged and in need of repair.

    Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
  3. Call RMA Department:
  4. Obtain an identification number from Plustek's RMA Department.
  • Thing that will be needed for repairs (within warranty), be prepared to send the following items:
  • RMA identification number (from RMA Dept.)
  • Original Copy of your sales receipt.
  • Everything in the box, including the cables, AC adapter, and the scanner.

Note: Plustek USA, Inc. requires all customers to contact the RMA department prior to sending any scanner in for repair. Any scanner shipped to Plustek USA, Inc. without an RMA Identification Number clearly labeled on the package will be sent back to the sender.
