Fatal Exception - Error 115 solution:

If you receive a fatal exception - error 115 message during or after the installation you will need to reinstall the scanner software. You will need to close the Instant Access program from the task bar and completely uninstall the previous attempt to install the scanner. For complete instructions on how to remove the scanner software from your system check our easy to follow instructions (uninstall for 9636T/P+ or 12000T). You may also want to check our driver area to make sure you have the latest drivers for your particular scanner.
