If you are having problems with faxing using the Action Manager 16 please visit this website which has troubleshooting solutions which may help:

If you are having problems with faxing using the Action Manager 32 then make sure you have fax software (WinFax, WinFax Pro, MS Fax, etc.) installed on your operating system. If the fax software exists you will need to uninstall and reinstall your scanner software to make sure that the proper drivers get loaded. You can find complete uninstall instructions (uninstall for 9636T/P+ or 12000T) from our website.
