Safe Mode after Installation solution:

When your computer goes into safe mode after you install your scanner, follow these simple steps to fix the problem:

• Close all windows and programs
• Click on the Start button
• Click on Run
• Type: System.ini
• Look for a line in the [boot] boot section that reads:

  "system.drv=atmsys.drv" and replace it with "system.drv=system.drv"

• Click on File then Save and restart your computer.
