Scanner Rattles at the Beginning of the Scan (USB):

If your scanner rattles at the beginning of the scan while using your USB scanner then it is most likely a defective scanner. Please contact Technical Support at if the scanner is still under warranty to arrange a replacement, or exhange it at the location where you purchased the device originally.
