"Program Cannot Work on this Scanner" solution:

(COPY TO)
My Computer
1.. Click on C: Drive (or drive where the scanner is installed)
2.. Click on Program Files directory
3.. Click on Plustek USA directory
4.. Click on Scanner directory
C:\Program files\plustekusa\scanner

(COPY FROM)
My Computer (have scanner CD in computer)
1.. Right click on CD-ROM
2.. Click on open
3.. Click on install directory
4.. Click on file directory
5.. Click on Drivernt directory
6.. Click on Dlls directory
7.. Click on copy "scandrv.dll" to the directory on (COPY TO) right click and replace
D:\Install\files\drivernt\dlls\scandrv.dll to C:\Program files\plustekusa\scanner

(To make sure that the files are selected)
a.. View
b.. options
c.. select view tab
d.. select "show all files"
e.. deselect "hide file extensions for known file types"
