Grinding Noise (USB):

If you hear a loud grinding noise while using your USB scanner then it is most likely a defective scanner due to belt misplacement. Please contact Technical Support at if the scanner is still under warranty to arrange a replacement, or exhange it at the location where you purchased the device originally.
