Garbled Text in OCR Software solution:
When attempting to scan text, make sure that the document is printed on white paper and in standard format. Forms, Spreadsheets, or Handwritten documents will give unexpected results. Also, please be aware that photo images with text cannot use OCR technology unless otherwise stated by the particular software that you are using.
