Copy Utility Shrinks Image solution:

If the copy utility shrinks the image you will need to uncheck the "Fit in Page" option within the Copy Utility in the Action Manager. Note that doing this might cut the document at the top or bottom of the image. Also, within Picture Publisher, make sure to have "Use SmartSizing" checked under the Image then Size tabs.
