Scanner Models: OpticPro 9636T

Problem: The message "Uninstaller failed to initialize.  You may not be able to uninstall this product." is displayed.

Solution:

Delete the UNINST.ISU file located from the installation directory, then run the installation again.

If you don't know the name of the installation directory, then follow these steps:

1) Click on START.

2) Click on FIND.

3) Select FILES OR FOLDERS.

4) Type UNINST.ISU in the "Named:" dialog box.

5) Click on FIND NOW.

6) Select the UNINST.ISU and delete it
