No Source Selected solution (USB):

If you get the message "no source selected" when attempting to scan you more than likely have not selected the TWAIN source to be used. You can do this by starting Picture Publisher, going to File, then to Setup, then to Scanner. Hit the "Select Source" tab and click on the appropriate Plustek Twain driver.
