No Printer Installed on this Computer solution (USB):

If you receive the "No printer installed on this computer" message when attempting to use the Copy Utility within Windows 2000 you will need to download the fix (prndrv32.dll).

1. Save the "prndrv32.dll" file that we sent to your desktop (or anywhere else on your system for that matter. Just remember where you place it).
2. Find the file that you just saved and right click on the new version of the "prndrv32.dll" and left click on Copy.
3. Right click on START and left click "Explore."
4. Look for the folder named "Program Files" and double click.
5. Under "Program Files" find the folder called "Plustek USA" and double click on it.
6. Under "Plustek USA" find the folder called "Scanner" and double click on it.
7. On the right side of your Explorer screen a list of files should be visible. These files are the contents of the "Scanner" folder you just double clicked. The old "prndrv32.dll" is located here. Right click anywhere in the white area on the right side and left click on paste.

This will copy the new "prndrv32.dll" over the old one. Click yes to complete process.
