Installation Problems/ Solutions for OpticPro 9636T
Problem: The following message is displayed at the end of the software installation: "Fatal exception OD at xxx VXD has occurred..." and your computer locks at a blue screen.
Solution: If you are using Norton Antivirus in your computer:
1) Uninstall Norton Antivirus.
2) Install the scanner software.
3) Install Norton Antivirus.
Problem: An error occurred during the move data process-115.
Solution: If you are reinstalling the scanner software:
1) Close the Instant access program from the task bar.
2) Reinstall the scanner software.
