In a recent PC Magazine performance test of seven color flatbed scanners, Plustek's OpticPro 9630PL was found to scan color images at the fastest speed.
PC Magazine editors stated that the OpticPro 9630PL is a fast scanner "logging the best score for color scans and the second best score for monochrome scans."
Surprisingly, Plustek's OpticPro 9630PL features an enhanced parallel port interface (EPP) vs. other models in the roundup that featured SCSI and proprietary interfaces.
